Prices
The prices under this agreement are exclusive of all sales, use,
excise or other taxes.
AQUA-Ionizer
reserves the right to
adjust prices at its discretion with proper and immediate notice
of such price changes posted to our website. The prices set
forth shall be in effect until further notification.
Sales Prices may
be offered to the public at any given time which will be
indicated on our website. These sales are offered in an
effort to help market our product. We reserve the right to
end or continue any Sale Offering at our discretion which will
be indicated on our website. If in any instance, a
customer orders our product at regular Retail price and then
finds the next day or week that the item is being offered at a
discounted sale price - we will honor any refunded amounts to
that customer due to our 180 Day Money Back Guarantee on our
product. However, please note that all transactions are
charged a 3.5% fee that
AQUA-Ionizer company has to incur from
Network Merchants
(which as mentioned above is our encrypted online web server).
Also, an administration fee of $2.99 per transaction is charged
back as well. This fee allows our accounting analyst to
properly address the refund amount and record the transaction
for future accountability purposes.
Trial Offer
purchases are valid within all USA locations.
Trial Offer purchases must pay an additional 25% security
deposit for any multiple product transaction over $299 retail
value (sales value). This 25% security deposit will be
deducted from the outsatanding balance due in 35 days from the
original trial purchase date.
Sales and/or Discounts offered to the public will honor only the
lowest discounted rate at any given time. Only one discounted
rate can be applied to each purchase. No combination of
Discounted rates can be applied to any single purchase
transaction except the addition of Free shipping offered with
